At Rose Line Pottery, we are committed to delivering your order safely and sustainably. Below, you'll find the details of our shipping process and return policy.


Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the USA, and we're working hard to expand our shipping options to include international destinations soon.

To minimize our environmental impact, we use eco-friendly, paper-based packaging materials for all shipments. The only plastic in our packaging is the tape, but we're actively working on transitioning to paper tape as soon as we can acquire the necessary equipment.

Your items will be carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely, and we do everything we can to ensure a sustainable and responsible shipping process.


Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be undamaged and unused.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please package your item securely with extra care, ensuring that the pieces do not touch the sides of the box.

Once we receive your returned item and verify it’s intact, we will issue a full refund—no restocking fees!
